Steven and I were and are very happy with your lovely disposition, hardworking ethics, and most important your ability to find us the property we were looking for.

You showed us property after property until eventually we found “the one”.
We were with you when we first saw “the one”… which in fact wasn’t even listed… and somehow you managed to meet with the owner. Speaking his language, and having your gentle demeanor I’m sure helped. Not only did you buy his house for us, but you also found him a new house to meet his needs!

As we’ve found out after the fact, this was quite a scoop, as developers had been vying for this property for years. As my grand mother used to say, “still waters run deep”… way to go Rufiya!
